Mockingbird Hill
The caress of the trade winds, star filled nights, exuberant songs of our local birds by day and those of the coqui at night will welcome you to your Caribbean vacation. Mockingbird Hill, an elegantly rustic complex, is spectacularly located high in the hills of Pilon, commanding breath taking views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean. The two newly renovated villas share a sparkling saltwater pool and are exquisitely private. The entire complex is perfect for friends/family gatherings, weddings and other celebrations. The guest house is also offered as an individual rental unit.
Guest House
The veranda offers glorious Caribbean views by day and your own star filled canopy by night. The villa has three large private bedrooms, each with its own bath, sleeping six. The beds may be configured as kings or singles allowing you and your guests the flexibility of choice. Other amenities include an outside shower, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, wm, dryer, cable TV & DVD, and all beach accouterments that you would expect. Internet is available upon request.
Main House (owner's villa)
Two bedroom, two bath villa, sleeps four, with stunning views from your private veranda, gourmet kitchen wm, dryer, all beach accouterments that you would expect, cable TV & DVD. Internet upon request.
This villa is offered as part of the complex in season, and off season as available.

Location
The Barrio of Pilon is located mid island, high in the hills that run along the spine of the island. It is known for its rural setting, wild horses, glorious views and soft breezes. It’s central location allows easy access to all our beaches, shops and restaurants
Policies
Payment may be made using Pay Pal, check or cash.
Mockingbird Hill is strictly a non smoking complex.
Cancellation Policies
This varies, based on the individual reservation. Generally, there is none if cancelled more than one month prior to the reservation. If cancelling within the month the penalty fee is 1/2 of the confirmed stay unless we are able to rebook the villas.
